I did my normal schedule for the week of 7/19-7/23
Monday Kettlebells, BJJ and Judo
Tuesday Day class at the Weston
Thursday Kettlebells, Open Mat and Judo
Friday Weston Open Mat
Then the family and I went on vacation. I had intended to catch up, but, the beach house didn't have internet access, so I will punt the details of these classes and start fresh tomorrow.
Kudos to my people who competed in both BJJ and Judo while I was gone. It's good to see them carrying the flag successfully.
