Day Class at the Westin. Craig has been doing well and working hard. he did well with Mike today. i think he may have frustrated Mike a bit as Craig has a few months less experience. Also learned that one of our other MIa white belts tore a rib at the in house, which is why he has not been on the mat.John did some Uke Garame from butterfly. 2 sets with Chris and John.
