John is in Florida so I coveered the day class at the Westin.
i covered the mount escape for Craig and everyone needed the reps on it. I showed how I take and hold the mount, bu closing my feet and then working for a choke. With the pairs i had I ran one long set of Craig and Mike and Chris and John. Hopefully will do an hour of training tomorrow with them.
