Tuesday day class at the Westin. Urso wasn't there today, so John taught and I assisted. 9 white belts, a purple (delpi), and a blue ( Marty) John covered the bull pass. I rolled with Chris and marty. The training ws fine albeit a little short.
The program is doing pretty well, there. I hope to continuing to make it there once per week, or so, but, I need to remain cognizant to the fact that I am getting tired. The little extra training is grinding me down a bit, but it is very good for my dieting..
