Monday 4/4/2010

Kettlebells Decent. There is a little more joint mobility.

John covered some 2 on one attacks in BJJ. Still can't train due to the rib pull.

In Judo, more of the same,  lots of tokui waza and hop randori, then turtle turn practice for Ne waza then a few sets of training.
